Terms & Conditions

Mazdoor Adda ("the Platform") is owned and operated by Aevon Labs Pvt Ltd, Private Limited Company, having its place of business at Gurugram, India ("we", "us"). By registering on or using the Platform you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract under Indian law.
• You must register with a valid Indian mobile number that belongs to you, and verify it by OTP.
• You must provide accurate details about your identity, your work category and your location, and keep them updated.

The Platform is an intermediary that lists workers and work opportunities and allows the two sides to discover and contact each other. We are not an employer, labour contractor or staffing agency.

• We do not employ, supervise, train, certify or guarantee any worker listed on the Platform.
• We are not a party to any agreement, engagement, wage or payment arranged between an employer and a worker.
• Wages and payment for the actual work are settled directly between the employer and the worker, outside the Platform.
• We do not guarantee that a worker will find work, or that an employer will find a suitable worker.

• Verify the identity, skills, documents and background of any person before hiring them or accepting work from them.
• Agree wages, working hours, safety arrangements and other terms directly and clearly with the other party.
• Comply with all applicable labour, wage, safety and tax laws that apply to your engagement.
• Do not post false, misleading, offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content, and do not impersonate anyone.
• Do not use contact details obtained from the Platform for spam, marketing, resale or any purpose other than discussing the work in question.
• Do not scrape, copy, resell or redistribute listings or contact data from the Platform.

• Revealing another user's phone or WhatsApp number requires a paid subscription of ₹49 per month, inclusive of applicable taxes. This applies equally to workers and to employers, at the same price.
• All other features, including registering, listing yourself, posting work and browsing nearby listings, are free of charge for both workers and employers.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by us.
• The subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until you cancel it. You can cancel yourself at any time from your Profile in the app, and the renewal stops immediately.
• Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• We may revise pricing in future; any change will be published on the Pricing page and will apply only from your next billing cycle.

We may suspend or remove any account or listing, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, unlawful or in breach of these terms. Where an active subscription is terminated by us for such a breach, no refund is payable.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, unpaid wages, poor workmanship, theft, dispute, damage or claim arising out of any engagement, interaction or transaction between an employer and a worker introduced through the Platform. Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the subscription amount actually paid by you to us in the preceding one month.

The Mazdoor Adda name, logo, design and software are our property. Content you upload remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the Platform.
