Mazdoor Adda is operated by Aevon Labs Pvt Ltd, a Private Limited Company based at Gurugram, India. We run a hyperlocal online marketplace that helps skilled and unskilled workers in India find work near them, and helps employers, households and contractors find workers near them.

• Workers register with their mobile number, their type of work and their location, and see work posted near them.
• Employers post work with a description, budget and location, and browse verified workers within their area.
• Both sides use the platform in English or Hindi, on any basic smartphone.
• A paid subscription reveals phone numbers. Workers subscribe to see employer numbers, employers subscribe to see worker numbers, at the same price. Everything else is free for both sides.

Mazdoor Adda is only an introduction and listing platform. We are not an employer, a labour contractor or a staffing agency. We do not employ the workers listed on the platform, we do not supervise the work, and we are not a party to any wage, contract or payment arrangement agreed between a worker and an employer. Payments for the actual work are settled directly between the two parties, outside the platform.
