Common questions
What is free and what do I pay for?
Everything except phone numbers is free for everyone. You can register, list yourself, post work, and browse every worker and every job near you without paying. Only the phone number is behind the ₹49 per month subscription.
Do workers pay as well, or only employers?
Both. The subscription is the same ₹49 per month for a worker and for an employer. A worker pays to see an employer's number, and an employer pays to see a worker's number. You can cancel any time.
Do you take a cut of my wages?
No. The wage is agreed directly between the worker and the employer and never passes through us. We charge only the monthly subscription.
How close are the workers and jobs shown?
Everything is sorted by distance from the location you set, and you can widen the radius from 5 km up to 100 km.
Is my phone number safe?
Your number is shown only to employers with an active paid subscription. It is never listed publicly and never sold to anyone.
Does Mazdoor Adda employ the workers?
No. We are an introduction platform only. The work, the wage and the arrangement are settled directly between the worker and the employer.
